Meet Danielle

Hi, I’m Danielle!

I know that finding a therapist can feel intimidating. You might wonder if we’ll “click,” if therapy will actually help, or if you’ll even know what to say during that first session. Those questions are completely normal.

My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, have all the right words, or pretend you’re doing ok. Therapy is a conversation, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What therapy with me feels like:

  • A conversation - not an interrogation

  • A place where you don’t have to have everything figured out

  • Equal parts support and gentle honesty

  • Space to laugh when it’s appropriate, cry when you need to, and celebrate the wins that often go unnoticed.

  • Practical tools you can actually use between sessions.

Therapy won’t take away every difficult moment, but it can help those moments feel less overwhelming and a lot less lonely.

When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, working on a DIY project, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying times with my two Australian Shepherds. I believe the little moments matter — and I encourage my clients those moments in their own life, too.
