Specialties & Therapeutic Approach
I work with teens and adults navigating eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, perinatal mental health, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or adjusting to a new season of life, therapy provides a supportive space to gain insight, build resilience, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and trauma-informed, person-centered care to create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals. Together, we’ll develop practical skills, strengthen self-understanding, and work towards lasting progress at a pace that feels both supportive and sustainable.
Consultation Call
Finding the right therapist is an important decision. A free 15-minute consultation gives us the opportunity to discuss what you’re looking for, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.
Therapy Intake Session
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, review your personal history, discuss your goals, and begin developing a plan tailored to your needs. This foundational session helps ensure your care is personalized from the very beginning.
Individual Therapy Sessions
Following your initial assessment, ongoing sessions provide a dedicated space to explore challenges, build practical skills, process experiences, and work toward your goals. Together, we’ll tailor each session to your evolving needs while supporting meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.
Collaborative Care
Many of the concerns I treat benefit from a team-based approach. When appropriate and with your consent, I work alongside dietitians, psychiatrists, primary care providers, OB/GYNs, and other healthcare professionals to promote consistent, coordinated care that supports your overall well-being.
